Privacy Policy: Lawn Care Route & Job Log

Lawn Care Route & Job Log ("the app") is published by DIGITAL SHIJIL LLC ("we"). This policy explains what happens to information in the app. It is published at https://apps.digitalshijil.com/lawn-care/privacy/.

The short version

What you type stays on your phone. The app has no account, no sign-in, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. It does not use your location and does not read your contacts. We, the publisher, never receive your customer list, your routes or your money records.

Information you enter

The app is a record-keeping tool for people who run a lawn care or landscaping business. You may enter:

• your customers' names, property addresses, phone numbers, gate codes, lot sizes and notes;
• photos of properties, and before and after photos of visits;
• visits, services and prices, extras, materials, time on site and notes;
• payments you received, expenses, and your business name.

All of it is stored in the app's private storage on your device. It is not uploaded, synced or sent to us or to anyone else by the app. If you enter information about your customers, you are responsible for having their permission to keep it, as you would in a notebook.

Photos are taken with your camera app or chosen with the Android photo picker and copied, reduced in size, into the app's private storage. The app has no camera, storage or photo-library permission.

Information that leaves your phone only when you choose

• Directions. When you tap Directions, the address you typed is passed to the maps app you choose. What that app does with it is governed by its own policy.
• Calling. When you tap Call, the phone number is passed to your phone app. The app never places calls or sends messages itself.
• Statements, CSV and backups. A monthly statement PDF, a CSV of your records, or an "Export all my data" backup file leaves your device only when you share or save it with the Android share sheet or file picker.
• Android backup. If you have turned on Google backup for your device, Android may include the app's database, settings and photos in your own device backup, under Google's terms. You can turn this off in your device settings.

Purchases and diagnostics

Pro is bought through Google Play. Google processes the payment; the app never sees your card or payment details. The app asks Google Play which purchases your account owns so it can unlock Pro.

The Google Play Billing library built into the app sends Google diagnostic information about the billing connection (for example, whether a request to Google Play succeeded). In Play's Data safety terms this is declared as App info and performance > Diagnostics: collected, not shared, required. It is handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). We do not receive it and cannot delete it.

The app itself makes no network requests. It contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or maps SDK.

Notifications

If you switch on the evening reminder, the app asks for permission to show notifications and shows one notification a day with how many stops are on tomorrow's route. It is scheduled on your device; nothing is sent to a server.

Keeping and deleting your information

Your information stays on your device until you delete it. Archiving a customer keeps their visits and payments. Settings > Delete all data erases every customer, visit, payment, expense, photo and setting from the app and cancels the reminder. Uninstalling the app also removes its data from the device. A Pro purchase stays with your Google account.

Record-keeping disclaimer

For personal record-keeping. Not an official document. Monthly statements are a record of the visits and payments you entered; they are not invoices, receipts or tax documents. The app records payments you received; it does not process payments.

Children

The app is intended for adults running a business and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable).

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at the address above with a new effective date. Material changes, such as any new data collection, will also be described in the app's release notes.
