Cold Plunge & Sauna Timer is published by Veltis Labs LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

This policy is short because the app does very little with your information. Everything it records stays on your phone.

What the app stores

For each session you finish, and only if you choose to save it, the app stores:

• which routine it was (cold plunge, ice bath, sauna, cold shower or contrast)
• when it started, and how long it lasted
• a water or room temperature, if you typed one in
• a note, if you wrote one
• which day of the thirty-day programme it was, if it was one

It also stores your own settings: your temperature unit, whether the chime and the vibration are on, whether the screen stays awake, and the durations you picked for each routine.

That is the whole list.

What the app does not do

• It does not collect, measure or infer any health information. There is no heart rate, no heart-rate variability, no breathing rate, no recovery score, no readiness score, no mood or stress rating, and no symptom or condition field anywhere in the app.
• It does not connect to Health Connect, Google Fit, a watch, a band, a chest strap or any other device or sensor. It requests no sensor permission of any kind.
• It does not ask for your name, your email address, your date of birth, your weight or any other personal detail. There is no account and no sign-in.
• It contains no advertising. There is no ads library in the app at all, and there never will be.
• It contains no analytics, no crash-reporting service and no tracking of any kind.
• It does not read your photos, your files, your contacts, your location or your calendar.

What leaves your phone

Your sessions, notes and settings are never uploaded anywhere. Veltis Labs LLC cannot see them, and neither can anyone else.

Three things do involve the network, and none of them carry your log:

• Your purchase. If you buy Cold Plunge Pro, the payment is handled entirely by Google Play. The app asks Google Play whether your Google account owns the Pro unlock and is told yes or no. It never sees your payment details.
• The review prompt. After you finish the first week of the thirty-day programme, the app asks Google Play once to show its own review dialog. Google decides whether to show anything; the app is not told what you did.
• Links you tap. The privacy policy link and the "VOZA devices" link open a web page in your browser. Those pages are ordinary web pages and are subject to their own terms. The app sends nothing about you with them beyond the fact that the link came from this app.

Android's own backup

If you have Android's backup turned on in your system settings, Android may copy the app's session database and settings to your Google account, in the same way it does for your other apps. That backup is between you and Google; Veltis Labs LLC has no access to it. You can turn it off in your phone's own settings. The app's record of your Pro purchase is deliberately excluded from that backup, because Google Play is asked afresh every time the app starts.

Your data is yours

• Export all my data in Settings writes everything the app holds to a JSON file you choose the location of. It is plain text: you can open it in any editor and read it.
• Delete all data in Settings erases every session, every note and every setting, and leaves the app exactly as it was when you installed it. It cannot be undone. Your Pro purchase belongs to your Google account rather than to the data, so it is unaffected.

Because nothing is stored on a server, there is no account to close and no request to send us: deleting the data, or uninstalling the app, is complete and immediate.

Children

This app is not directed at children. It is rated for ages 18 and over, because cold-water immersion is not something an app should encourage a child to do unsupervised.

Not a medical device

Not a medical device. Does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. The safety guidance in the app is general safety information, not medical advice. If you have a heart condition, are pregnant, or have any medical condition, speak to a doctor before starting.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it and the new version appears at the same address. The app has no way to change what it collects without an update you install.
